The staff were all very polite and helpful. The reception staff helped us book excursions and Mr Nadeem was ESPECIALLY helpful. The hotel was very clean and Saiful provided excellent service.

the staff were helpful near the baniyas square metro station
the room showed its age the bathroom was worn i also noted a dripping faucet this should have been addressed sooner it made the stay less satisfactory

The standard twin room had everything i needed, like a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. the hotel provided fresh towels and toiletries daily which was a pleasant surprise. housekeeping kept the room super clean . i also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water each day. Such a nice touch!
the street outside the hotel can get quite busy. it caused some noise at night, especially during peak hours, and affected my sleep. i would have liked better soundproofing.

the standard twin room had a functional layout. it included a writing desk and a mini fridge stocked with refreshments. the bathroom featured a powerful shower and a selection of complimentary toiletries.
